- We offer free returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Those needing to return items after the 30 day period has ended may incur a restocking fee and may be subject to pay for return shipping. Please contact us directly for details.
- Items can be exchanged of equal valve within 30 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be returned before a new item(s) is sent out. We will authorize a return shipping label to receive the products. Once received, we will ship out the requested item(s).
- Please allow 5-7 business days for package transit.
- Orders missing complete items (ex: ordering a battery watering system and failing to return a valve, end caps, or tubing etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.

- There is a 25% restocking fee on all used items that do not pass inspection.
