If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a receive a refund to the original payment method.
  • Items can be exchanged of equal valve. The item(s) must be returned before a new item(s) is sent out. We will authorize a return shipping label to receive the products. Once received, we will ship out the requested item(s).
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for package transit.
  • Orders missing complete items (ex: ordering a battery watering system and failing to return a valve, end caps, or tubing etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • If you are making a return based on a warranty issue, please review our warranty policy or email us for details. 
  • There is a 25% restocking fee on all used items that do not pass inspection.
