If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make returns or exchanges. 
    • If you need to exchange an item of equal value, the item must be returned before a new item is sent out.
    • Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, if returnable.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for package transit.
    • Returns will be subject to a shipping fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

      An RMA # is required for all returns and exchanges. You can receive an RMA by emailing us at info@watermybattery.com
